Investing Sparkle is strictly an educational platform. We are NOT registered brokers, investment advisors, or financial managers under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). We do not execute trades or sell speculative investment signals.
Securities investing involves structural capital risks. Past dividend payouts do not guarantee future yields. Please consult a registered SECP financial advisor before investing real capital.
1. Strictly Educational Purpose
Investing Sparkle is strictly an educational platform. All check-lists, trackers, watchlists, dividend compounds, and live webinars are meant strictly to train retail users in analytical skills. We do NOT provide stock buy/sell tips, margin trading strategies, or financial management advisement under SECP regulations.
2. Risk Disclaimer
Equities trading on the Pakistan Stock Exchange involves capital risk. High past returns on stable stocks do not guarantee future dividend yields or stock values. Students should make independent investments and consult registered financial advisors.
3. Enrollment & Refund Guidelines
Registrations for the 3-Day Live program are strictly assigned per seat. Access keys to the Live Zoom links and templates must not be shared. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to Day 1 start.
4. Intellectual Property
All downloaded trackers, check-lists, sheets, and recorded webinars remain the exclusive property of Investing Sparkle. Redistribution, copying, or reselling of resources is strictly prohibited.
